Campaign Success

Last week members of Auckland Animal Rights Collective visited Zabo Parnel finding 5 tins of Foie Gras on display for sale. The owner at the New Market branch was notified and given the oppertunity to remove the fatty livers. We are now glad to announce that Zabo has taken the compassionate move of no longer sells Foie Gras at either of their branches.

The Barrow have also decided not to stock Foie Gras in the future following the delivery of some information by AARC members on the cruel practice.

This is encouraging, not only for the campaign but its re-assuring that busniness owners care about the lives of animals, not just profit.
